Of the small sherry houses of Jerez, Fernando de Castilla stands out, and not just because it’s run by a Norweigan! An expert in the industry with over 15years experience behind him, Jan Petterson took over the House in 1999 and wasted no time at all in establishing a reputation for producing fine, untreated and unblended Sherry. The great reputation the House has is based upon the continued excellence of the Antique range – the Amontillado is Jan’s personal favourite, and who are we to argue!
