Mastering the Fussiest of Grape Varieties

The wine that we have chosen to include is a Pinot Noir, a notably high maintenance grape variety due to its thin skins and susceptibility to vineyard diseases. What Los Coches have managed to develop, however, is a wine with a delicate body but a depth of flavour through American-oak aging. On the palate are subtle hints of vanilla matched with cherry fruits that work brilliantly with cold cuts, a cheese board or a traditional roast.
