Oliver Zeter Goes Back To His Roots

More Than Just Sauvignon Blanc

Before he took to the vineyards, Oliver spent 20 years as an importer of fine wines with his father and brother. After deciding on a career change he then starting to learn his winemaking craft at a highly regarded Pfalz estate Dr Deinhard. It is fair to say that despite his reputation as an innovative producer of oaked Sauvignon Blanc Oliver still has Riesling coursing through his veins and it is my pleasure to be able to present his 2017 vintage in this month's case.

Oliver's Riesling is a dry wine with exceptional depth and an intriguing oily texture. The vines are located on soils with a high concentration of chalk which adds a complex minerality and racy acidity. This compliments the classic stone fruit and lime peel aromas that you would expect from a quality German Riesling. Classy, delicious, and an exceptional partner to seafood and white meat dishes.
