Saint Mont Blanc

One of the core aims of the co-operative is the continued cultivation and conservation of lesser planted grape varieties which are indigenous to the region. The wine that we have opted to include this month is no exception to this with Gros Manseng, Petit Courbu and Arrufiac making up the blend.
