Sheer Delight From Alan McCorkindale

If there is one thing that they are not short on in New Zealand, it is sheep. Using sheep in the vineyard can save costs for human labour, fertilizer and fuel while helping the environment. The sheep are moved through the vineyard to minimize over cropping and compaction of soil. A typical vineyard might support 30 sheep per acre!

The Perfect Cut Sauvignon Blanc pays tribute to these woolly employees and would make a perfect aperitif or partner to fresh seafood or a goats cheese starter.
