Toro di Piedra from the Male Valley

This ideology is certainly reflected in the wine which we have opted to include in this months case as it has powerful fruit aromas and a a firm structure at its very core. It is 60% Carménère and 60% Cabernet Sauvignon and is a complex and serious wine. The nose shows dark fruits, a mixture of spices and some leather. Firm tannins support flavours of bitter chocolate, roasting coffee and dark intense fruits. This is structured and intense displaying a wonderful concentration of fruit.
