Cinsaut is found mainly along the southern Rhône, and in southern France.
Often used in blends, it makes some fresh and easy-drinking reds, whilst also deployed in the production of rosé, making for an intriguing and freshening taste.
It is also found in South Africa and Lebanon, where the climates are ideal for its growth.
