Dos and Don’ts
- Do keep yourself hydrated! There is plenty of water on hand, and you’ll be surprised how quickly dehydration can sneak up on you.
- Don’t head for the big reds first! Whilst the format will be fairly relaxed, if you charge in and try an Ozzie Shiraz the delicate nuanced complexity of Loire wines will be completely lost on you.
