Turkey, the old Christmas classic yet often forgotten about during the rest of the year.
Plain or Roasted - Generally go with classic styles of either red or white Burgundy. Look for medium bodied whites from the New World of light Old World reds.
With Cranberry Sauce - Watch for the sweetness with the sauce, stay with light to medium bodied reds. New World Pinot Noir or Merlot based Clarets are a good choice.
