These wines are expertly picked to perfectly pair with Louisa's menu. Nyetimber Classic Cuvee- This English sparkling wine is a fantastic pair to the starter, or quite happily to open before you start. Dopff and Irion Pinot gris- This fresh white pairs perfectly with the herbacious and powerful truffle tastes of the Pithivier, balancing and complimenting the flavours. Los Poetas Libetad Blend- This Fantastic red is full bodied and earthy perfect with any red meat dish but the added richness of the red pairs perfectly. Coyeux Muscat Beaume de Venise- This sweet wine is light and fruity with slight floral notes, perfect to not overpower but compliment the strawberries. Read more
