Chenin Blanc

An unsung grape variety, Chenin Blanc produces fine wines from all around the world. Found in the Loire, where botrytis is used to bring out characteristics on occasion, it produces the sparkling wines from Saumur, the main grape for Vouvray and also the great sweet wines of Quarts de Chaume.
