The vines for this Sauvignon Blanc are on average thirteen years old. They are grown on the stony gravely soils, formed by the deposits of the Ngaruroro river. The nutrient levels in the soils are low, this stresses the vines into producing excellent quality grapes. Harvest usually lasts for fifteen days, allowing the the grapes to be harvested at different levels of ripeness. Early picked grapes capture lively, grassy characters whereas grapes chosen later produce rich, tropical characteristics in the wine. The wine undergoes a long, cool, controlled fermentation in order to to maximise its fruit characteristics.

Weekend, Next Day and Times Delivery: Should you require a Saturday or timed delivery please give us a call or select the delivery option on the check out screen.
