All grapes were hand picked and sorted twice before a pure yeast culture, BM 45, was inoculated. The juice was pumped over the skins 3-5 times per day for 5 days. Once fermentation was complete, the wine was drained of the primary lees and transferred to a resting tank. Malolactic fermentation and a brief settling period preceded the wine to a combination of 225 litre of French and Hungarian oak types.

Single Bottle Delivery: We offer single bottle delivery on 75cl sizes or less for £7.50 per address to the UK mainland on a track and trace service. Allow 3 to 4 working days. Subject to postcode.

FREE Standard Delivery on orders over £145*: We offer free delivery to the UK mainland with 3 to 4 working days, subject to postcode, on all orders over £145 to an individual address which can be either your home or place of work subject to postcode. Please see the Zone Surcharge below.

Weekend, Next Day and Times Delivery: Should you require a Saturday or timed delivery please give us a call or select the delivery option on the check out screen.

Deliveries under £145: Deliveries under £145 are charged at £12.95 per address subject to postcode.
