How Does It Work?
The Coravin 1000 is an easy-to-use, hand held device that inserts a needle through the cork of a bottle of wine and dispenses a serving of your choosing. It replaces the wine with Argon gas, sealing the remaining wine as the cork naturally reseals. The wine can then be left for an indefinite period to age as it had never been tasted. It's a revolutionary design and Weavers are proud to be one of the first companies retailing the device.
