The philosophy at Domaine des Malandes is to allow the classic Kimmeridgian soil of Chablis to express itself in the wine with minimal intervention from the winemaker. Clean and pure with refreshing white peach fruit, citrus freshness and always those delicate mineral nuances in the background. Lynn Marchive inherited the original stock from her Father who swapped his agricultural land for vineyards in the 50’s and some of the vines in the Premier Cru and Grand Cru wines are from original plantings.
