The still that is used for distillation was purpose built to match the demands of the range, with production of each bottle subjected to the same high level of scrutiny. The botanicals used in all the spirits draw inspiration from the Leicestershire countryside, and the seasonal nature of the spirits is a great reflection of their hand-crafted style.
The London Dry Gin has been awarded the Gold Medal at the 2013 by the Craft Distillers Association and a silver medal at the 2013 International Wine and Spirits Awards.
