Intense aromas of red berries with some spicy notes coming through the ripe fruit flavours. The palate is smooth with soft tannins supporting generous full body. The wine finishes with plenty of spice and a decent length.

The grapes used are grown on limestone and schist soils in the Alentejano region of south-central Portugal. 12 hours cold maceration is followed by fermentation in stainless steel vats for one week.
