The point being that I’ve already begun thinking about the December Wine Club case and it looks like the wines for the most part will be quite traditional this year (with some surprises of course). With October’s selection being the last case that most of your will receive before then, I’ve given it a bit of New World focus to try and keep things as different from one month to the next as possible. There’s some really interesting inclusions in the case, I’ve even put in some wines from Thailand would you believe, you can never accuse me of not looking far and wide to source the wines! There’s also a delicious South African inclusion, another example of the quality of the premium wines being produced there, and a another great wine form the Pampas range. I hope you enjoy the selection, as always we love any feedback
Thanks to those of you who have managed to make it to one of our tastings this year, they’ve been some of the best that I can remember and as much thanks is due to people that attend as the way they’re organised. I’ll be sorting out the dates and themes for next year relatively shortly so keep your eye out, I love to see our Wine Club members at these events. Saturday shop tastings will continue, as will the liqueur of the month tastings, so please ask to try some if you’re in the shop in the near future.
By the time I get round to writing the next Wine Club booklet I’ll most likely be stressed, busy and generally running around like a headless chicken. It might sound odd, but I genuinely can’t wait! Look forward to seeing you soon.
