I thought it would be interesting to compare and contrast two different styles of sparkling wine in this month’s wine case, and what better place to start than with a Prosecco. Ca’Vittoria is delicious sparkling wine made with grapes which are grown on the hillsides of the Friuli region of north eastern Italy. The region has a cool climate which favours sparkling wine production. This style is all about fresh approachability, this also a has a fine elegance I think.
