I absolutely love this wine, so there was no way that it was going to be omitted from an Italian themed case. Probably at its best when served with food, it also does well on its own I think, but I’ll let you be the judge.
Very much a family affair, Andrea Faccio (pictured) has overseen the modernisation of the vineyards.
I think it’s best left to him to explain his philosophy: “I believe firmly in the respect of nature and environment where I live.” In my experience, when winemakers are saying things like this, the resulting wine is normally worth trying. I wasn’t proved wrong with this wine as I’m sure you‘ll agree.
