Australian Chardonnay

The ‘anything but Chardonnay’ brigade would probably tell you that it was an oaky ozzie offering that put them off the varietal. I spend a lot of my time trying to correct the misconception by using examples such as Chablis or Champagne to convert people back to this noble grape. This does a disservice to our wine-making friends down under as they are more than capable of producing a range of styles too.

I put this wine into your wine club cases with this in mind. Crisp and fresh, this is a great example of unoaked Australian Chardonnay, enjoy!
