On the one hand you don't want to over power the tender white meat of the turkey but you need something that is going to be able to stand up to the big flavours of the roasted veg and gravy.

Red Slate Riesling

This delicious dry white from the Mosel Valley in Germany takes its name from the distinct red stones which are prevalent on the steep hillside vineyards which line either side of the river. The wine itself has distinct citrus and apple flavours as well as a noticeably oily texture and medium to full body. This enables the wine to complement both rich, earthy flavours as well as the more subtle elements of the dish.
