Light in body with more structure than Table 5, these wines are best left to develop and let the tannin/fruit balance themselves out. Pinot Noir features strongly again, with a few more grapes featuring. We have some brilliant new products here which are standing proud for the first time, just don't ask Philip to pronounce the Spanish one beginning with X!
