Ribera del Duero

This is the most important region in Castilla y Leon, Northern Spain. This region was made famous by the cult wine Vega Sicilia and in 1982 the DO status was granted. Tempranillo, known locally as Tinta del País, is the star grape of the region supported with Cabernet Sauvignon. The whites are becoming well know to and will soon be making an appearance in our selection.
