A wine hailing from the North Western Spanish region of Galicia made using the indigenous Bobal grape variety by esteemed winemaker Ruben Perez. Ruben qualified as a Master in Viticulture, Oenology and Wine Marketing before becoming one of the best travelled winemakers in Spain.
It’s great to see innovative wine-makers such as Ruben using indigenous grapes to give us authentic yet different flavours and styles. This is a great example of modern-winemaking techniques and tradition wine-making meeting in the middle.
