Nut Roast & Veggie Burgers

Nut roast is a wonderful combination of oils, grains, vegetable and seasonings, often the staple for Sunday lunch or Christmas dinner for most vegetarians.

As with veggie burgers, good firm reds are a great choice, look for Pinot Noir from New Zealand or Bugundy. Reds from the Rhone are also a good choice here along with New World Shiraz. Full flavoured whites are a good option, particularly slightly oaked Chardonnays.

Made entirely from the Chardonnay grape it is the minerality that sets this apart from the rest of the JP range. Its great strength is the way that it combine a light body with great complexity, with toasty elegance and a lemony finish. Superb!
