Veal

Not to everyones style or taste, veal plays an important part in Italian and French cuisine so we feel it is apporiate to mention it here.

Generally we look to soft and fruity reds from Italy or France.  New World reds would work but look to ensure they are not too powerful.

Whites work of course but look to unoaked Chardonnays or light, crisp New World styles.
