Moroccan

Moroccan cuisine is very much based around curries and spices. Really the same rules apply to Moroccan dishes as they do to Indian.

With lightly spiced dishes, look for zesty aromtaic whites such as New World Sauivigons or Rieslings. Pinot Gris is also a good option. Should the dish be more heavily spiced, look for the more fruit driven reds from the New World.
