Made by winemaker and owner Karim Mussi Saffie, this stunning wine is crafted from grapes grown in the La Consulta and Los Chacayes appellations in the Uco Valley. This is an amazing wine, made from the Bordeaux white blend of varieties Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc. The wine was fermented on the lees, meaning that the yeast used to ferment the wine is left in contact with the juice to give the wine a rich creaminess. Only around 1500 bottles and 12 magnums of this wine has been made.
