Distilled in a charming still called ’Gerard’ the acorns for Castle Gate gin were mainly foraged from Sherwood Forest and the shires of Central England by Mary and her family. They are then dried, peeled and ground before being added to the other botanicals prior to distillation.
Both gins have their own distinctive flavour profile, whilst maintaining that unique acorn infused style.
