We love matching food and wine, it's what we do! With our new website we are working on using this platform as a way to make finding a wine to match with your food easier and more effective for you, our customer. Vegan & Vegetarian Wine
Previously it has been assumed that all wine is suitable for vegan and vegetarians, however this is not the case. We therefore want to try and make it as easy as possible for everybody to make choices that suit them. We flag all the wines that are vegan and vegetarian friendly with a wine ring mark. Head to our vegan and vegetarian page to learn more.
As a rule of thumb red wines go with red meats and white wines go with white meats. These days, with the greater interest in creative cooking, we can look beyond this rule.
Generally white meats have a relatively neutral flavour so you must consider the base ingredients of the dish. Read more
