Great Wine From Puglia

Puglia is the heel of Italy's boot, and is one of its most fertile regions. The terroir is superbly suited to wine-making and the Fiano is one of the most highly regarded white wines produced here. Benefiting from one the longest coastlines of any region in Italy, the cooling effect of being so near the sea also allows for successful white grape cultivation. Both the white and red wines have that typically southern Italian fruit expression whilst retaining the bone-dry charm that often defines this region.
