A Winter Warmer From Chile

This ideology is certainly reflected in the wine which we have opted to include in this month’s case as it has powerful fruit aromas and a firm structure at its very core. It is 60% Carménère and 60% Cabernet Sauvignon and is a complex and serious wine. The nose shows dark fruits, a mixture of spices and some leather. Firm tannins support flavours of bitter chocolate, roasting coffee and dark intense fruits. This is structured and intense displaying a wonderful concentration of fruit. Amazing with hearty roasted red meat dishes in the colder winter months.
