The many ways in which pork can be served leave us with lots of wine choices.
Roasted Pork - Classic white Burgundy or Sauvignon Blanc work through to the lighter more fruit driven reds. If served with apple sauce, try for off dry styles such as Colombard or German Rieslings.
Sausages - Opt for lighter reds.
Spare Ribs - Depends on the sauce, but fuller fruit driven reds from California or Australia would be good.
