Bio-Dynamic

The principle of bio-dynamic viticulture was developed back in 1924 by Rudolph Steinmer, an Austrian philosopher and scientist. He argued that the vineyard should be treated as a single living organism and that the vineyard is controlled with the correct timings according to;

 

- The natural rhythms of the earth and the atmosphere.
- Working with the ‘living soils’ and ‘invisible energies’ of nature
- Connecting to the worlds energies to dramatically increase individuality of the region.
