Designing your Wine List
We work closuly with our customers to ensure that our wines are the right wines for you.
We work through
Initial Meeting
We would like to get together for a chat so we can understand your requirements so we can select the right wines and pspirts for you.
Proposal
This is the stage that we carefully select the wines that we feel are right for you. We suggest selling prices both by the bottle and glass so you achieve the right profits.
Wine List Concept
Once you are happy with the selection customers send over their fonts, artwork etc so we can start to design the wine list.
Approval and Printing
Once you have approved the list and the details finalised we will send the list for printing,
Online Wine List
At this stage we setup your online wine list so that you can easily log onto our web site and process your order.
Additional Support
Depending on when you need us, we can come in and support your staff with training about your wines and match products to your menu.
Quarlety Revier
As around three months we will look at your product and review sales. We can then take back any unsold stock and contiunue to tuen and tweek the wine list to suite your requirements.
