Since 1965 this small corner of Western Australia has quickly become a cult capital of the wine world. Its maritime influenced climate, i.e. hot sunny days moderated by the ocean winds has made it one of Australia fastest growing wine regions. The gravelly sandy loam soil lie on a bed rock granite makes the region very similar to that of Bordeaux. I can see a future compare and contrast case selection coming...
