Before you start, here are some quick tips for you.
- Please pace yourself, we have over 60 wines to taste. There are spittoons, so feel free to use them.
- Make sure you drink lots of water in between tables. You can use the water to wash your glass.
- Please remember that this is a tasting. Please do not pour yourself large servings, you have lots to get through. You can come back to retaste later.
- Make notes of the wines, do not use lengthy descriptions, just score the wines on a scale from 1—5. We have left plenty of space in this booklet for you to use
