Shiraz
On the nose there are delightful wild herb, spicy undertones, black pepper and vanilla notes. This elegant wine is well balanced and a beautiful plum colour and a long silky finish. Drink now but will develop over the next two to three years.
Viognier
When made well Viognier is an apricot-scented, succulent white wine with a rich, round mouth feel and a nutty character that increases with age. It is thought to have originated in what is now Croatia but has subsequently been transported all over the world with numerous regional styles now in production.
