Their calling card will always be Red wines that can be enjoyed with a range of different foods or on their own. As such they’ll always be a great wine to have in the rack on hand and available for use whatever the occasion.I went to visit our friends at Viña Salceda about five years ago and was not surprised to find that they were committed to continuing this tradition. It’s all about barrel aging to bring complexity and then bottle aging to soften the wine out. I just love this wine for exactly this reason, I’m pretty sure that you will as well.
