Fedele originates from the West Coast of Sicily. This sun-kissed area offers excellent ripening in the day and is cooled in the evenings by the sea breezes of the Mediterranean. Stefano Chioccioli is the resident winemaker and focuses on indigenous grape varieties such as Catarratto, Inzolia and Grecanico.These grapes are vinified separately in cooled temperatures which allows a greater extraction of aromas.
