Hello and welcome to the August/September Wine Club selection.
Even with some football tournament on somewhere and some guys hurtling around Yorkshire in Lycra, July's members tasting proved to be another very successful event and plans are afoot for 2015. With over sixty wines on show, we were able to gauge valuable feedback on which wines proved popular and those which we will steer clear of.

So what is coming up this month? Well I am excited to be the first merchant in the UK to stock some premium Romanian wines. These have made their way into a permanent listing for the next year, they are great wines made from indigenous grape varieties, more about that later. Other stars in the selection come from the the Gouguenheim estate in Argentina. I am conscious that Argentina was in the last selection, but I could not wait to show you these.
Don't forget to keep an eye out for the Wine Club supplements, the beers in particular have been really well received. The best way to take advantage of this service is to pre-order these so we can piggy back them with your case, but we can send them out later on if you would like.
Thanks again for you continued support and we look forward to seeing you soon.
